Star Cocktail

- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Whole Maraschino Berry
- Ice Cubes

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino berry.
